‘Peeping Tom’ who fell through the ceiling in the women’s locker room and was held by women is arrested
A ‘Peeping Tom’ who fell through the ceiling of a women’s locker room at a Virginia gymnasium has been arrested, police said.
Brian Anthony Joe, 41, landed on a woman changing at the Onelife Fitness Center in Stafford at 1.15pm on Saturday.
The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office said he fell ten feet into the locker room where he was then cornered by women.

Officers said: “The woman was assessed for injuries by emergency personnel at the scene, but she was not transported.”
While waiting for the police, the women in the gymnasium trapped the man in the room, leaving him unable to escape.
Once officers arrived, Joe, who was also uninjured in the fall, was arrested.

Joe, of Woodbridge, was charged with burglary, three counts of spying on a building and vandalism.
He is being held without bail at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
An investigation is underway.
